I lead AI for HR at Lennar, one of the largest homebuilders in the US. I define the strategy and make the product calls: which work is worth redesigning, what we build, and what good looks like.
My team spans software engineering, AI agent development and workflow design. We build inside the business, close to the people and the real data. That is how we get from an unclear problem to a working system in days. We’re finished when it runs in someone’s day.
Enterprise AI works when business and technology redesign the work together. A better tool on its own doesn’t change much. So I start with the work. I take a job apart into its tasks and decide which ones a model should do, which ones a person should judge, and which ones stay human.
Before Lennar, I advised Fortune 500 executives at BCG and Deloitte on strategy, transformation and operations. That taught me to structure hard problems and align the people who have to act. Building taught me that the answer also has to survive contact with users, data and production. MBA from UVA Darden.
